*NOTE!!* PLEASE make sure you know how to access alternate letters in the program you are using.
The letters with tails are embedded into the font file - you will need to access the alternates.

for the first, install the .otf file and open fontbook/character map, find the font and you can copy and paste the heart letters from fontbook/character map to your text.
